The poetic phrase, remade through drawing constructed lettering, comes from a research paper led by Professor Ijeoma Uchegbu of UCL into nanopharmacological penetration of the blood-brain barrier. I have been exploring the poetic language and complex metaphors embedded in scientific writing and which resonate with the epic quests of classical literature.
